3rd and Strand

Situated on the popular, densely populated Strand section of Manhattan Beach, our goal with this home was to create an utterly irresistible feeling of escape. We injected lush, organic elements with a subtle beachy feel to achieve the relaxed, bohemian mood. Simple furnishings were chosen to withstand plenty of foot traffic and are paired with unique, earthy textures. Heavier modern materials were accented by floor-to-ceiling glass and cool-toned, board-formed concrete. Airiness and subtle sparkle in the form of pyrite tile and hand-blown glass fixtures introduced a touch of glam.
