Treehouse
A modern take on a treehouse refuge, this hybrid workspace was a unique and fun challenge. Essentially a small studio space, the treehouse was designed to encourage making art, reading, and unwinding. Each decision came from a commitment to form-meets-function design. Outfitted with clean, modern amenities—with no superfluous details whatsoever—the streamlined treehouse also functions as a small guest quarter with a half bath, fireplace, kitchenette, motorized high windows and roller shades, and an outdoor shower. A built-in daybed has a trundle that pulls out to turn it into a full-sized bed.
